Spot repair on old orangeburg sewer service.

Sewer line spot repair that turned into a replacement. Another company came out, and said there was a collapse in the pipe 8 feet down. After uncovering there were two issues. One was the collapse 8’ down, and the other was back fall on the first piece of pipe coming out of the clean out. We were able to correct all of that with a replacement.
This was one of those jobs that didn’t go as planned. We were able to come to an agreement with customer, and both walk away content. We gave them the best possible job we could have, and they got a great deal!
In the end it all was worth it. Seeing those kids bring out water, and thanking us for fixing it bc they were having problems for a year. That’s something money can’t buy.

Previous company said, they would have to remove some of the brick to make the repair. We were able to tunnel to make the connection, and save the brick.
