After working full-time with us all summer as our college intern, he’s officially headed back to class! 📚🍂
Today was Grant’s first day of fall classes at UALR. We’ve loved having him with us this summer and are so proud of the hard work and dedication he’s shown. Wishing him a great semester ahead!

Celebrating 38 Years of Leigh at PDC Construction! 🎉

On Saturday, August 15th, we celebrated a very special milestone—Leigh’s 38th work anniversary with PDC Construction! 🎉

As one of PDC’s Owners, Leigh has been involved in virtually every aspect of PDC Construction throughout the years. For 38 years she has faithfully served PDC by providing precise job-cost accounting from the earliest stages of a project through completion. She also serves as the qualifier for PDC’s contractor’s license and has played a key role in the company’s growth and success by building and maintaining valuable industry and strategic relationships.

Leigh is so much more than her many roles at PDC! Outside the office, she enjoys traveling to the beach with family, playing games with her nephews, and spending time with friends.

We celebrated this incredible milestone with some good food and, of course, “all things chocolate!” 🍫

Leigh, thank you for 38 years of dedication, hard work, and all that you do for PDC Construction. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

Progress is moving along quickly on our most recent Habitat House.

It is very rewarding having a part in seeing a homeowner obtain their first house. We have had a great experience working with Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas over the past few years on multiple house builds and look forward to more after this one.

Three guys. A 12x14 office. Drafting tables they built themselves. That is how the firm that became Williams & Dean started 50 years ago. No shortcuts, no safety net - just a bet on good design.

So exciting!

You won't want to miss our August Kitchen Table Dinner featuring two of the best chefs in the region - Jill McDonald and Wendy Schay. These two collaborators will bring their award-winning Southern patisserie style to the Apple Seeds Teaching Farm in Fayetteville courtesy of Happy Egg -- a perfect match since eggs are a foundational ingredient in French cooking!

Based in Little Rock and known for blending authentic French pastry techniques with Southern comfort food and local ingredients, Jill and Wendy are the chef and owner duo behind local restaurant favorite, The Croissanterie. The two started selling their beloved pastries at local farmer's markets, which grew into a community favorite food truck and eventually into one of West Little Rock's top restaurants. We're excited to welcome them to our kitchen to celebrate exceptional food and make an egg-ceptional memory of the evening.
