Spring Lake crawlspace transformation! 🏠✨

Our team completed a full crawlspace remediation—including debris removal, HEPA vacuuming, disinfecting, treatment of affected areas, and encapsulation to help prevent future mold growth.

We also installed an Aprilaire whole-home dehumidification system with sensor controls to maintain healthy moisture levels and provide long-term protection.

Not all mold is hidden behind drywall. 👀

In this basement closet, visible microbial growth was present directly on the cinder block walls following moisture intrusion. Our team addressed the affected masonry, completed the remediation, and performed water mitigation to help correct the moisture issue that allowed it to develop.

Basements + moisture are never a great combination — especially in tight, easy-to-overlook spaces like closets.

From the outside, this Oakhurst basement looked like a completely normal finished space.

Behind the drywall? A very different story.

Once our 2 River Group team opened the walls, we uncovered extensive moisture damage and suspected microbial growth hidden along the foundation and behind the insulation.

Day One: Our crew established containment, removed all compromised Sheetrock and insulation, safely bagged the affected materials and removed them from the property.
