100% silicone sealant is used on multiple
studs, outlet boxes, and top and bottom plates for maximum durability. Interior and exterior walls are advanced air sealed. Approximately 3 inches of sprayed polyurethane foam is installed in sill boxes. Hilti low expansion foam is used around windows, doors, and small cavities (prevents air leakage and bowing of frames which is caused from other cheap foam products). We buy right from the manufacturers so we can keep our prices as low as possible.
