We completed a mold remediation today. Check out all the pictures to see the before, during and after.

Before work started we encapsulated the area and sealed off all vents to prevent further mold contamination. Walls were thoroughly scraped and cleaned using an EPA-registered disinfectant, sanitizer and cleaner for microbial contamination. All affected areas were then treated with a disinfectant solution specifically formulated to treat mold and mildew.

After cleaning was complete, a dehumidifier and HEPA air scrubber were set up for 48 hours to remove excessive moisture and any remaining mold spores. At this point we were able to paint the walls with a breathable concrete sealer. This allows the stone foundation walls to "breathe" so the moisture does not get trapped.

We finished this job with the installation of a new dehumidifier with a built in pump.

Master bathroom renovation for another great returning customer.

We completely gutted this bathroom and moved some walls to create a larger space to accommodate the addition of a claw foot tub. Porcelain tile shower with custom niche and charcoal sliding glass shower doors.

Finished basement with custom cabinetry and accent wall. Gun safe was built into custom built entertainment center with full height storage closet. LED strip lighting in shelving and closet cabinet. Closet cabinet lighting is setup to turn on when you open the door.

We were able to start and finish this project before the established start/end dates. We also provided additional services that exceeded the scope of work and still stayed under the customers original budget.

Here's a deck remodel we finished up this spring. Fiberon composite decking and white PVC rails with white cap board.

After finishing the deck we added an exterior hose bib so the homeowner had easy access to water for plants and cleaning.

While replacing a garage door seal, we found a rotted beam from improper head flashing installation.

After replacing the beam and wall sheathing, we replaced the aluminum across the top of the garage opening. We matched the existing color and installed a two piece head flashing to divert water away from the building.

If your selling/buying a home, we also offer structural certifications for foundations/framing/decks that may be required at closing.

Here's a basement studio room that we completed this winter.

The ceiling and walls were constructed with soundproofing materials to restrict noise from traveling to the living space upstairs.

The wood accent wall was created with reclaimed barn wood. The wood was slightly charred with a torch and sealed with a satin polyurethane before installation.

I have to give credit to the customer, Joe Clark, for coming up with the idea for the accent wall. Glad we could turn your vision into reality. 👍

Happy Easter everyone!

So nice to see the weather is finally breaking and feeling like spring!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day of celebration and fun with family and friends.

Even with the cold winter we've been busy on many different projects, including building our new shop. The new shop will give us the room we need to store materials/equipment and the ability to fabricate custom projects tailored to our customers needs. Pictures will be coming soon.

We'll also have some pictures of projects that have been completed over the past few months. Our main focus has been quality, project completion and customer satisfaction. Focusing on these qualities has lead to lots of referrals and returning customers.

If your considering a bigger project, we typically have a 2-3 month wait. For smaller projects we do our best to fit it into our busy schedule.
