Past few weeks we’ve had a stellar start into our winter cedar lot. Still laying out the tree length with the help of Reggie Reeves of Reeves transport covering everything from our tree length transport needs,low bedding and also offers center mount for the processor guys.

Past few weeks have had a successful start to this thinning job along with getting the limber head set up upgrade refurbished rebuilt and all attached and set up on our second skidder. Has made a huge difference in not only the manual labor side of things but a tremendous difference in the looks and quality of the plantations floor and undergrowth by being able to bring pretty much all of the slash and tops to one area that is less desirable or produceable. Smoothing them areas out and leaving the rest of the areas cleaner and less disturbed for future growth.

Summer hardwood lot buttoned up for this season. Headed to do a little spruce plantation thinning and hardwood over story thinning before the freeze up and snow starts flying to jump into the cedar lot.

Getting started on 35 acre mountain side hardwood thinning lot. Taking out over story high grade for logs ,beach and lower grade hardwood for firewood and hardwood pulp to make room for higher quality under growth to grow stronger and healthier.

Wrapped up another summer project just before the first big snow storm of the winter. This one had a little bit of everything thrown in the mix from thinning to clearing and reclaiming and everything in between all thru out the same lot. Landowner had very specific plans and visions for every inch of this property. gladly obliging to all of them we have another very happy & satisfied customer

Current stand. Thinning spruce and fur out of old growth lot bringing all debris and limbing to two main trails to allow easier access to property and existing regen. This weeks project thus far clearing abandoned camp lot on same property in preparation for reclaiming lot and camp in the spring. camp lot was over grown and non visible from the rd way with everything from small regen,dead wood ,debris and up to 22 inch spruce growing up against the camp itself the entire way around . Big transformation. Forgot before pics.
