In this project, the client had just purchased the home and wanted to have it remodeled before moving in. We completely opened up the space by removing the walls between the dining room and the living room and the kitchen and the living room. We had to set a 500 lb quad laminated beam in that area to open up the space. We completely changed the face of both sides of the two-way fireplace and changed the floor plan of the bedroom/office area to have a new office with custom built-in desk and shelving area as well as reconfigure for a very large master closet.
