This return client wanted a new front patio and driveway out of concrete. With our trusted partners we removed the old materials, planned and created a new look for our client. Stamped concrete with a flat seal, and a brushed style concrete driveway. This really made the front of the home complete. We also did the siding last year, that started the new look.

This home in littleton was severly damaged by hail and wind. The roof, vinyl siding and gutters were all needing to be replaced. The homeowner took the opportunity to change the look of the home to a more desired appearance. We removed both layers of siding, the original wood, and the vinyl and then prepared the home for the new siding. LP Smartside Expert finish was the choice for the colors, warranty, and durablilty. We also removed the old asphalt roof and installed Owens Corning Duration storm shingles, a class IV rated shingle, and we also updated the ventilation. The last change we did was to correct the garage door area with the proper structure support and went back to the 2 8x7 garage doors.

This was a deck built in the mountains of Colorado. We had to contend with rocky soil and a long driveway with several switchbacks. The original deck was built with extended floor joices that had rotted out to the point of not functional. The deck was not safe to walk on and was quickly becoming a hazard. We demoed the entire deck and rebuilt a new one. We also shored up areas of the home to ensure longevity.

We teamed up with Conco Construction, Reese Contracting, Electric Blue, Assurant Fire Protection, and Premier Heating and Cooling for this project. It was an interior modification in two rooms and Viega in Broomfield. It was a fun and great place to work. We had some challenges with a floor we needed to remove the carpet and a very challenging mastic based v***r barrier on a heated floor. In all we conqured all the challenges and completed the project with our high detail and expectaions.

Better Pics of a beautiful shower

This home was in North Denver Area. The homeowner wanted a new shower. Remove the bathtub and create a custom tile shower area with a cubby. The customer chose glass tile for the walls. Glass tile is more difficult to work with, cut and install. The details in this shower area are amazing. The cubby is off center as there was structure framing behind the wall that prevented it from being centered. We had to move the plumbing to the center as we always do for a shower. We had to contend with an HVAC vent and some lighting below. The pictures of this glass tile do NOT show the absolute beauty of the the look and feel. This was a pleasure to do and really fun to create. We also took out a pocket door. properly braced that area and installed a barn door system.

This home was in the Nederland area. The foundation of the home was foam blocks with concrete filling the void in the blocks. This foam was not intended to be exposed to the elements. It must be covered by siding or proper coating for under the ground. The homeowner is selling the property and was told by his agent to correct the situation. We installed OSB sheeting, V***r barrier, James Hardie Cemplank siding to match the upper areas, and proper flashing. Now he can paint and get it looking all fresh for sale.
