Affinity Luxury Flats consist of two LEED certified buildings that recently finished construction in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, CO.

Our part of the project was to install three (3) 22" VELUX Sun Tunnels in each of the two penthouse apartments. These skylights, sometimes called tube lights or solar tubes, will contribute to the LEED certified status of the two buildings and provide an abundance of light for the new tenants.

The Myrtle Beach VA Outpatient Clinic is one of 28 leases authorized for construction in the 2014 VA Choice Act. The 84,000 sq. ft. facility will provide Veterans with quicker, more convenient access to high quality health care.

Groundbreaking occurred in 2019 and Skylight Specialists, Inc. was hired to install four 10.33′ x 20.00′ CPI Daylighting Quadwall RIDGE Skylights.

The United States Air Force’s 13th Air Support Operations Squadron (ASOS) is a combat support unit located at Fort Carson, Colorado. The squadron provides tactical command and control of close air support assets to US Army ground commanders of the 4th Infantry Division during combat operations.

As part of the new expansion to the building, we were called to install sixteen (1) Velux 22″ Sun Tunnels with impact resistant domes.
