Good Morning from Port Austin ☁️ Enjoying the views during this job because it’s not every day you get to spend a few months putting fiber in next to Lake Huron.

Material restock for the week ✅ 🚧 🦺

What’s on the trailer?! Hand holes & a big ol’ reel of conduit.

A hand hole provides underground access to fiber-optic cables for cable pulling, connections, splicing, and future maintenance & conduit is the protective pathway that houses and routes fiber-optic cables underground, shielding them from damage and making future cable installation or replacement easier.

Now time to put it in the ground. Let’s dig 🪏

Your life can literally change in the blink of an eye.

While comfortable is safe & secure, sometimes taking a leap and risking everything you have, can quite literally propel you into an even better opportunity.

Another day, another bucket full of rocks and boulders 😓🥲The soil conditions are rough out here, but we are trying to work through it.

We’re digging holes & filling roles.

There’s a different mindset at Hutch Co.

We know what it’s like to work for companies where your voice gets lost, your hard work goes unnoticed, and growth has a ceiling. We’re building Hutch Co differently.

We want good people who work hard, take pride in what they do, speak up, bring ideas, and want to get better. And in return, we want them to know they’re valued.

Because our crew isn’t just part of the business. They ARE a huge part of why we succeed.

We’re building a company where the opportunities aren’t just endless for us as the owners. They’re endless for the people who help build it.

Work hard. Speak up. Get better. Build something with us.

That’s the Hutch Co difference.

Friday agenda at Hutch Co. 👇

Restoration. Re-seeding. Strawing. Washing down machines. Restocking mixing materials. Grabbing more conduit. Buttoning up jobs.

Sometimes Friday isn’t about wrapping up early. It’s about making sure everything is ready to go Monday morning.

That means no holes left open, disturbed land restored, machines cleaned, materials stocked, and everything prepped so we can show up Monday and get straight to drilling.

The work you don’t always see is what keeps the work moving.

Prep. Systems. Ex*****on. Repeat.

That’s how we stay Grounded in Quality. 🦺
