Lilley Construction recently completed the civil construction scope for a Montgomery County utility backup generator project, helping provide the infrastructure needed to keep this facility accessible, durable, and ready to serve the community.
While the generator installation was completed by another contractor, our team was responsible for the civil work surrounding the project, including site preparation, roadway construction, access improvements, and handrail installation.
It may not be the biggest project on the job board—but when you're working around critical utility infrastructure, every detail matters.

The site is taking shape as our team continues preparing the property and pushing this project into its next phase. From clearing and site work to the groundwork that everything else will build on, this is where a project really starts coming to life.

Another project is officially underway at Lilley Construction!

We’re kicking off the Lake Livingston Resource Center, and right now our crews are in the first stages of transforming the property with land clearing and site preparation.

There’s a lot ahead on this one, and we’re excited to take everyone along as the project progresses from raw land to the finished facility.
