Generator went down on a fault during the power outage last week and was unable to make contact with the installer. She then called Generac to find someone to service her 22 KW and Generac gave the Customer our contact info. Customer purchased a 5 year extended warranty and a worry free maintenance agreement with 24/7 365 monitoring.

Good morning everybody! So for those who have purchased one of the new generation air cooled Generac generators. Generac sent out a volunteer safety action notice which I have attached. Please give this a read and if you smell gas around your Generac or any home stand by generator, air or liquid cooled, that is fueled by natural gas or propane. Please give us a call so we can get this issue repaired. If you’re not sure it costs nothing for us to come out and verify your fuel system is safe and secure. Not to mention gas prices across the board you could be doing yourself a favor.
