Operations Support Specialist for Core Control in Bozeman:

Minimum Job Requirements:
1. Current Montana driver's license.
2. Must be able to work with others as part of a team and work with constant interruptions.
3. Must demonstrate a positive attitude, be professional at all times, and demonstrate a customer service attitude.
4. Strong analytical, computer, and mathematical skills.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Answer telephone and greet customers. 2. Receive communications from customers, generate work orders, and respond to service request within 30 minutes of call, ensuring that technicians have the necessary information to successfully complete the service call per established procedure. 3. Order materials and equipment as directed for scheduled jobs to include price negotiations, shipping, and delivery coordination, within 24 hours of request. Communicate with requesting party shipping details and/or problems immediately. 4. Review and transmit to Accounts Receivable daily, all ready-to-invoice jobs for labor and materials charges as well as scope of work description for accuracy and correctness. 5. Review ready-to-invoice jobs for any unused parts and return/ship those unused parts to supply houses and vendors for credit within three days. 6. Receive/check-in delivery shipments and stage parts within two hours for jobs and projects. Notify scheduled technician immediately upon staging of parts. Process packing slips daily per established procedure. 7. Monitor software licensing so that all customer and in-house licensing is always maintained and updated. 8. Maintain tool inventory and track location of power tools, test instruments, and specialized tools, including consumables (gaskets, cutting wheel, blades, etc.). Maintain tools including factory calibration per schedule. 9. Administer fleet maintenance program, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedule. 10. Maintain key inventory. 11. Review of and optimization of systems, policies, procedures, and processes in coordination with other team members. 12. Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including the Illness and Injury Prevention Plan (IIPP). 13. Other duties as assigned.
