🏡 Not able to be home for your on-site consultation? No problem!

We know many of our Lake Livingston customers have lake houses as their vacation home and may not always be able to be there when Mr. Neal comes out to look at a project.

That’s why Neal Construction offers phone-based on-site consultations! 📱🏗️

Mr. Neal can come out to your property, stay on the phone with you, and walk through the project together—just as if you were standing there with him.

Yesterday, Mr. Neal was on-site with a homeowner on the line who needed new decking installed around their lake house as well as on their boat house. While standing on the existing deck, he walked the homeowner through the scope of work, discussed the project cost and what they could expect from Neal Construction, and immediately began putting together their project portfolio and quote.

You don’t have to be physically present for us to get the process started!

Whether it’s a lake house, primary or secondary home, or simply a property you can’t get to during the day, we can work with you. We’ll meet you where you are—literally! 😉

Mr. Neal had the privilege of meeting with some future entrepreneurs through Jobs for Life yesterday! 🙌🏼

He had the opportunity to share his story, how Neal Construction came to be, the lessons he’s learned along the way, and what it takes to turn an idea into a successful business. Most importantly, he was able to encourage these future entrepreneurs, answer their questions, and hopefully leave them feeling inspired to pursue the purpose God has placed on their lives. 🙏🏼
