👋🏻 Meet the Owner: Austin Weekley
Born and raised in Sumter County, Austin Weekley has always had a passion for serving his community. After earning his HVAC degree from Shelton State, he spent the next 15 years in the field, gaining hands-on experience and perfecting his craft.
What began as a one-man operation has grown into All Week Service Co., built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a deep commitment to keeping local homes and businesses comfortable year-round.
Austin takes pride in offering honest, dependable service to the community he's proud to call home. He understands the importance of trust, and approaches every job—big or small—with the same level of care and attention.
And while it all started with him, Austin is the first to say he couldn't do it alone. Today, he’s supported by a skilled and dependable team—some of them familiar faces from right here in Sumter County—who share his commitment to quality work and outstanding service.
