When we asked what took so long, they told us:

Fair enough.

PSA: Hill Country, TX!

This is the current outage map for CTEC.

The City of Llano is also without power.

If you are without power please be patient with the crews out on the line. The power companies and high voltage line workers risk their lives so that you may have modern day conveniences. Give them grace and think of their safety as well.

CTEC customers can report outages on the SmartHub app or by calling 1-800-900-2832

City of Llano customers can report after hours outages by calling 325-247-6067

If you need us after power is restored give our office a call at 325-248-3325. Stay safe out there everyone!

Storm season is upon us! We don’t hope for the opportunity to rebuild your electrical service due to storm related damage. However the chance this kind of damage can occur is real in the area we live in.

For this very reason we stay stocked in spring with parts to rebuild your electrical service. A case study in, “it is better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.”

Should you experience storm damage to your electrical system and need a service call, give our office a call and we will get to you ASAP!

Don’t forget it is also EXTREMELY important to report all electrical related storm damage to your power provider as well so they can take the steps necessary to insure your system is safe.
