Happy Flag Day from the RTG Solutions family! 🇺🇸

We are proud to sponsor a flag in this year's Flags of Honor display right here in Triangle Park in Lock Haven. This year's display is extra special as an official America's 250th event with 188 flags flying in the heart of our community through Flag Day weekend.

One of those flags is particularly close to home for us. Our Service Manager, Kurt Getz, proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1978 to 1982. Kurt embodies what it means to serve, both his country and his community, and we're grateful to have him on the RTG team every single day.

RTG Solutions was proud to be part of the 29th Annual Coaches vs. Cancer Penn State Golf Tournament this past Friday! 🏌️⛳

A huge thank you to Penn State Basketball for hosting such an incredible event in support of the American Cancer Society. The Penn State chapter has raised over $5 million for cancer research to date! It's easy to see why when you experience the community that shows up for this cause.

We're so grateful for every chance to give back to the Central Pennsylvania community.

Building the Future One Student at a Time

Our President, Sarah, recently participated in an incredible event bringing together educators, industry leaders, and passionate advocates to make something big happen: bringing the NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association) curriculum and material donation program to Pennsylvania Career and Technical Centers.

Surrounding states are already benefiting from this program, and it's time PA students have the same access to real-world roofing and construction career pathways. What makes this even more special? The community. When you have people from all over the industry showing up to work together as a team, you realize just how powerful this trade really is. We're not just building roofs. We're building careers, opportunities, and futures.

Huge thanks to everyone who attended and to the committee working alongside Sarah to make this a reality. This is just the beginning. 🙌

Same skills. Different mission. 🌍

We are incredibly grateful to Blanchard Church of Christ PA for the opportunity to serve. Our VP Robbie and RTG team members are in Honduras with Blanchard Church of Christ on a mission trip laying down the foundation for a new school building for a community in need. It's hard work under the sun, but it's the kind of work that matters.

At RTG Solutions, we believe the same skills we use to serve businesses can also serve people. This is more than just our trade; it's how we give back.

We're proud of this team and grateful for the opportunity to make an impact beyond our own backyard.

Her husband Robbie and business partner Tyler, two people with decades of combined roofing experience, looked at everything they were building together and decided that Sarah should be the one to lead it.
