Directional Drill Operator / Locator
Harger Utility Contractors, Inc. is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing team as a Directional Drill Operator and Locator in the Central Pennsylvania Area.
We are a small construction company specializing in underground utility installation and are looking for team members who take pride in their work, value safety, and want to build a long-term career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Operate and/or locate horizontal directional drilling rig and support equipment.
Install underground utility infrastructure safely and efficiently.
Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Work closely with crew members to ensure project success.
Maintain a safe and productive job site.
Qualifications
Experience operating directional drilling equipment and/or locating preferred.
Construction or utility experience is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to travel for projects as needed.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Class A CDL preferred, but not required.
