Now that Mariah Carey has been thawed out for the season , get ready to get your fresh cut Christmas tree with us. Selling fresh cut Christmas trees for over 50 years , Coleman’s landscape will open for business Black Friday 11/28/25 just above the Swissdale crossroads along the Coudersport Pike. We will have a large selection of trees from 6-10 foot tall including Concolor fir, Douglas fir, Canaan fir and of course Frasier fir and blue spruce too

We also have a limited number of 12-15 foot tall Canaan fir on site that would make a beautiful Christmas tree for either your outdoor display or indoors ( tons of space required ).

Opening weekend hours will be 9 am-6 pm

From Monday December 1st until either Christmas Eve or we sellout of trees, hours will be 11 am to 6 pm daily

Ho Ho Ho is right around the corner. Can’t believe this year has gone by so fast.

That being said , yes we are selling Christmas trees this year again. 48 years this year , I think.

As usual, we will have quality fresh cut , Pennsylvania grown trees this year for you to choose from. Sizes from 6’-10’. Varieties are as follows.

Frasier , Douglas, Canaan and Concolor Fir
As well as Blue Spruce

We open for business at 9am on Black Friday (11/29) and will be open everyday until Christmas Eve or we sell out of trees, whichever comes first.

Opening weekend 11/29-12-1, hours are 9 am to 6 pm. After that, normal business hours are 11am-6 pm. Except on 11/30, we will be closing at 5 pm

We are located at 3696 Coudersport Pike Lock Haven, just above the Swissdale Crossroads. ( you can follow the signs from the end of the Veteran’s Bridge right to our shop. )

Swissdale Friends: Even though I have not seen any bears around here for months, I still bring my bird feeder in every night. Last night, I forgot and the darn bear took off with it. If anyone finds it in their yard, give me a call. It was nice white one that looked like a gazebo.
