🌴 Taking a little family time this week!

We’re heading down to Florida to soak up some sun and celebrate some big milestones with Jason’s immediate family: our kids’ high school graduation and his sister’s graduation as a Nurse Practitioner of Innovation!

Huge congrats to all the grads and we’re so proud! 🎓✨

We’ll be back in the Kyle / Austin area next week and right back to the usual grind and giving your lawns the care they deserve.

Quick reminder while we’re away: Always take care of yourself first. You can’t pour from an empty cup, and you can’t be the best version of yourself if you don’t take care of yourself.

While we definitely need the rain, we all wish it was a little more spread out! But we’ll take what we can get.

Rest assured, we are eager to get out and mow this week, but Mother Nature has other plans at the moment. We will be back on your lawns just as soon as the weather breaks. Our main priority is ensuring we don't cause any undue stress or damage to your turf by mowing while it's completely waterlogged.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding—we will absolutely get everyone taken care of as soon as the sun comes out!

From HOA Headache to Buda Beauty!

Many homeowners in Buda know the struggle: you love your Live Oak trees, but they create so much shade that the HOA-mandated Bermuda grass just won’t grow. After years of fighting the shade, this homeowner was left with nothing but dirt and significant erosion.

Instead of fighting nature, we worked with it! Over the course of 3 days, we transformed this side yard into a functional, low-maintenance masterpiece.

The Solution:

• Reclaimed Elevation: We addressed the soil loss by leveling the area and installing an extended patio featuring 27”x27” pre-casted concrete pavers.
• The "River" Look: We used a beautiful Llano River Rock to fill the main area, providing a natural, Texas-native aesthetic.
• Erosion Defense: We strategically placed Black Basalt to slow down water runoff and ensure the soil stays put during our Central Texas downpours.

No more "dirt" notices from the HOA—just a clean, modern look that thrives in the shade.
