This team negotiates meaningful programs and member benefits on your behalf and actively facilitates conversions through strategic introductions.

Often on the road visiting members, they build deeper relationships through in-person collaboration, ensuring that every connection strengthens the NetPlus network and drives long-term success. They are available to guide members and partners through NetPlus programs and processes and lead them to resources and tools that will support their next steps. This team is committed to helping every member of the NetPlus community maximize the benefits of the group.

In June, we were honored to announce that NetPlus Alliance President & CEO Jennifer Murphy was named to Buffalo Business First's Power 200 Women. This August, she had the pleasure of attending Business First's event recognizing these incredible women leading the way in Western New York and bringing them together to connect and celebrate.

Jennifer's steadfast leadership continues to drive our group forward, supporting independent distributors across the country. She is also passionate about our local community, investing deeply in the rich history and vibrant people who live, work, and build their lives in and around Lockport, NY.

To add to an incredible week of supplier visits, we spent time with the Radians team on Wednesday. Our partners at Radians are investing in growth across the board, continually demonstrating their commitment to excellent service and being a company that is easy and enjoyable to do business with.

Radians has been in the group since 2017, providing NetPlus distributors with specialized safety products, equipment, and apparel at various convenient price points and always high quality. This team routinely releases innovative new solutions to their catalogue, expanding and enhancing their product offerings.

With thoughtful programs and resources, like the RadLink portal and Edge loyalty program, Radians is a true, collaborative partner in distribution. Keep an eye on Radians for even more opportunities for growth coming down the pike!

Today we enjoyed another excellent meeting with Milwaukee Tool executives; the second this month. These industry leaders are traveling to visit their distributors this week, checking in to make sure they're the best partners they can be.

Independent distribution relies on strong and trusting relationships. When everyone in an organization is committed to true partnership, accountability, and mutual, collaborative growth, everybody wins.

We had another engaging HR Forum this week with NetPlus Vice President of Human Resources, Operations, & Marketing Jen McMillan. This quarter, we explored how we welcome new employees and discussed the importance of building an intentional onboarding process. Now with a 90-Day Onboarding Guide in our toolbox, we can feel confident about setting our newest hires up for success!

Thank you to everyone in the NetPlus community who continues to have these conversations with us each quarter. Together, we can talk through best practices, strategies we've tried, and ideas for the next time we're working through an HR challenge.
