We've heard from many distributors that they are facing challenges with hiring, retention, compensation, and leadership preparation. Personnel decisions and certain employee conversations can be tough to navigate, particularly if you don't have a dedicated human resources professional on staff.

Our next HR Forum is set for next Thursday, June 11 at 11 a.m. EST. In these interactive quarterly virtual gatherings — these are NOT webinars — our community finds new approaches and solutions together. Led by NetPlus Vice President of HR, Operations, & Marketing Jen McMillan, we dive into a new topic and discuss practical strategies and real-world examples each time we get together.

Paul's presence will be missed, and we're confident his wisdom will continue to influence us.

Our team is grateful to have partners like Work Ignited's Amy Pearl and UB's Dominic Sellitto. These experts lent us their guidance this week; Amy helped us identify what makes our network uniquely successful, and Dominic walked us through practical AI applications that will improve our team efficiency.
