We went from “just burn it and start over” to “okay, this is salvageable” 😅😅

My legs, hands, arms and every muscle in between are feeling the falling through the floor, the nails in my hands, the scraping on my knuckles and the steps up from the ground to the joists. Best workout i have had in months 😂😂

Went from a one piece that wasn’t secured as all aaaallll the waaayyyyyyy to this tiled shower that isn’t going anywhere soon. 😎 happy to finally give them their bathroom back. Now headed on to the next!

I know I have a few potential clients awaiting quotes from me and a few that have requested I come out. Oh man….water leaks at the main line are zero fun…luckily they were able to locate it soon enough to not do any additional damage. This restoration project is all wrapped up. Luckily I didn’t have to pull the wet carpet 🤭🤭🤭

Patched drywall ✅
Painting of multiple rooms (due to not being able to match the color and sheen) ✅
All new LVP ✅
Even snuck in a couple of storm doors 😏

All in all, great success! Now on to new, and old, projects!
