Many of you know that our family is heavily invested in Noah's Ark Children's Home - Martha Brae, Jamaica . My wife and I currently serve as board members.
Noah’s Ark Children’s Home currently houses 12 boys who are under the supervision of Jamaicas governing agency, CPFSA.
The eye of Hurricane Melissa passed directly over the property, wreaking havoc on the buildings, and serenity of this refuge. While we celebrate that everyone is safe and healthy, many needs developed due to wind and floodwaters.
Trees downed
Roofs damaged
Buildings flooded

We are grateful that a dedicated staff of caretakers and administrators are there to navigate the days, weeks, and months, that lie ahead.

We are actively raising money to restore and repair all of these needs as Jamaica recovers and reopens to relief efforts.

Please considers giving a one time gift towards storm recovery, or support the children’s home with a monthly gift.

Please join us in praying for Reach's Noah's Ark Children's Home - Martha Brae, Jamaica as Hurricane Beryl is expected to hit Jamaica today. Pray for the safety of the children and staff, and for the protection of the facility. Your prayers are greatly needed and appreciated. 🙏

Many of you know the events that took place on Tuesday, December 8th, where Michael and Tanner Pope, father and son operators of Mission Pest Management, and Animal Free, Inc. were both shot while trying to intervene in a Buckhead carjacking.
The story has been covered thoroughly. (Link below)
We are thankful for the outpouring of support from family, friends, customers, and community.

People are asking what they can do. You are doing it. It’s getting done. We don’t know what is next.
We probably need surgery, but we don’t know when or how much it will cost or anything, yet.

We know that people want to DO SOMETHING.
There is a Go Fund Me that was set up by the grateful carjacking victim who held pressure on Tanners wounds. We are thankful for him.

We don’t know what the future holds for our bodies or our business. We had prayerfully committed to taking on additional staff, including Tanners wife, Rachel Pope, in January, to push our business to the next level. We also have an opportunity to expand into a new territory through another family member, also scheduled for January.

Consider this: Why don’t you help us grow our business. If people wrote reviews, “Liked”, “Followed”, “Shared”, and recommended, it could change our future as a business, more than a short term donation.
If you love your bug guy, or termite company, keep them, but if you give hundreds of dollars to some faceless corporate giant each year, consider switching to Mission Pest Management. Yes, it’s easy to stay with “Whiz Bang Pest Control”, but it’s easy to switch, too. If you have doubts about using a smaller company, let’s talk about it.

We thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, for being a part of our lives, and enduring this season with us.

The suspects were able to get away with the car, however, officers later recovered it abandoned on Collier Road.

There are “seasons” throughout the year when dealing with insects and animals.
It is currently starling season, when European Starlings enter attics and vents to nest.
Here is a nest of days old juveniles in an attic.

It’s a weird time to be an American.
We pray this finds you healthy and hopeful. Most people don’t know some of the things that we do at Mission Pest Management.
You might know what we do for you, and you might have seen some pictures, or heard some stories.
Let me start by admitting that the pest control industry is known for using fear to sell.
Remember Zika and Avian influenza that were transmitted through mosquitoes?

These are B&G foggers. Imagine a huge oil diffuser. They are capable of diffusing up to 1 gallon per hour, creating a light fog. Many companies are now selling disinfection services to treat homes and businesses.
Mission Pest Management owns a couple of these machines. They are somewhat cost prohibitive for many to buy.
We will deliver and loan these out units for household use at no charge.
We can provide instructions on operation and product use.

If there are any other things we can do to help meet your needs during this trying time, please let us know.

We are considered an “essential” service and we may pass through your area periodically.

Happy Valentines Day everyone!!!!
I’m Penelope Louann Houligan, but my family and friends call me Penny. I just wanted to introduce myself and show you some fun pictures of my life and lifestyle. This is not a personal ad, even though it’s Valentines Day, and I’m single.😉😘
I’m an Airedale terrier, not a Labra-whoodle.
I’m an outdoorsy girl, but kinda a tomboy.
I enjoy lounging outside, digging up the lawn in search of moles, and chasing squirrels. I’m a terrible listener, unless you are saying something I’m interested in.
But wait, there’s more....
I also enjoy playing dress up, spa days, getting my hair, and eyebrows done.

Happy Valentines Day!
I’m Penelope Louann Houligan, but my friends and family call me Penny.
Sorry for the late post. I prepared this post on Friday and then got super busy with a weekend long sleepover of church girlfriends.
I wanted to introduce myself and give you a little peek into my life.
This is definitely NOT a personal ad, even though it’s 3 days after Valentine’s Day, and I’m single😉😘, and I ate a bag of chocolate chips last night, alone.

I’m an Airedale Terrier, not a Labra-who?-dle.
I’m an outdoorsy gal who likes lounging outside, chasing squirrels and digging for moles in the lawn. I’m a terrible listener, unless you are saying something I agree with.
I’m down to Earth and not above digging through the trash, or the litter box.

But wait, there’s more....
I’m also a girly girl who enjoys playing dress up and salon days. I’m also apparently immune to chocolate consumption, cause I’m down for a binge, wrappers and all.
