TLE Gaithersburg — Exterior Progress Update

Hardie siding going up clean and straight today at the new TLE Gaithersburg location. Our crew is working through each course by hand — proper flashing, proper fastening, and everything built to last.

This is the kind of commercial exterior work that separates experience from guesswork. ATI’s been doing this since ’99, and it shows on jobs like this one.

We’ll share more updates as we wrap the siding and move into the remaining exterior scope.

Here’s a project we’re proud to have on our résumé.

ATI Development LLC was brought in to complete the full exterior envelope on the One Loudoun Clubhouse — a high-visibility community anchor that thousands of people see every day.

In Spotsylvania, it’s common for older roofs to start showing their age this time of year.
Edges breaking down, seams pulling apart, soft spots under old membranes — all signs that a roofing system is simply past its prime.

These conditions don’t always mean an emergency, but they do mean it’s time to take a closer look.
Checking your roof now — before winter moisture sets in — is the safest thing you can do to prevent structural issues later.

If you’re in Spotsylvania, Lake Anna, or the surrounding Central Virginia area, keep an eye out for:
• deteriorating drip edges
• cracking or lifting seams
• soft or spongy areas underfoot
• moisture staining along fascia or trim

A quick inspection goes a long way.

Jacobo’s is at Lake Anna in Windwood Coves installing the trim work on this porch roof.
He’s tightening up all the edges and fascia so the structure is clean, straight, and ready for the metal panels. This is the detail work that gives the whole build a finished look.
