As many of you know, our longtime repair crew members have officially begun a well-deserved retirement.

While A-1 Exterminators is no longer providing quotes or bids for dry rot repair work, we're still here to help with the inspections, treatments, and pest services our community has trusted us with for years.

If you've noticed signs of termites, need a rodent inspection, are preparing a home for sale, or simply want a professional opinion on a pest concern, give us a call. We're always happy to answer questions and help point you in the right direction.

We appreciate the support, referrals, and relationships we've built over the years and look forward to continuing to help homeowners, realtors, and property managers throughout our community.

To our valued customers, realtors, and property managers:

We want to thank you for your continued support of A-1 Exterminators throughout the years. We are incredibly grateful for the trust, referrals, and relationships we have built within our community.

Effective July 1, 2026, A-1 Exterminators will no longer be providing quotes or bids for dry rot repair work. Our longtime repair crew members have earned a well-deserved retirement, and rather than offer a service that does not meet our standards, we have made the decision to step away from repair work altogether.

We will continue to provide:
✔ WDO Inspections & Reports (without bids before repairs)
✔ NPMA-33 Forms
✔ Termite Treatments & Fumigations
✔ General Pest Control Services (one-time services or reoccuring)
✔ Rodent Inspections & Recommendations

We will also continue to complete all previously approved repair projects and are happy to work with your preferred contractors when repairs are needed.
