Started just over 30 days ago. This project is going to be a great addition to labeaus and garden city. It will have interior and raised exterior dining, lots of retail space and a nice place to come hang out and escape the heat. Come check it out this summer.

Right now they are offering 6 months free. It has a number of construction scheduling features like ai assistance in building your schedule, drag and drop schedule adjustment, subcontractor notifications, risk notifications, and they are developing more to add to this great tool. Progress on Labeaus. 🏠 Our goal is to have at least 1 trade on site every work day. 👷‍♂️ Luckily this job is big enough we can have multiple. Today we were able to have 3 without being in each others way. We take pride in being proactive in our scheduling, Shrinking down your build time and saving you money.

Spring runoff is no joke in Northern Utah!! 🏔️🌊

At our Labeaus project, we’re staying ahead of the melt by installing sump pumps early to keep groundwater exactly where it belongs: outside the build.

It might seem like a small detail now, but investing a little more upfront is the only way to truly protect the final product. We’re not just building for today; we’re building to stand the test of time (and the seasons)!! 🛠️✨

What a day. This crew has pushed hard the last few days to get this ready. This foundation wall is 13’ tall with an insane amount of rebar. Having good subs makes all the difference for the builder and the client. We have worked with our subcontractors for years and very grateful for them.
