Job Responsibilities include working with a crew of 2-3 employees; mowing and trimming with stand-on mowers; shrub trimming; mulching; and all lawn maintenance. Daily activities include, loading all tools, equipment and materials needed for the day, mowing , trimming and maintenance of commercial and residential property’s.

Experience with zero-turn mowers and w**d eaters Is a plus. Must be reliable and willing to show up daily with reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay based on experience with possible raise after first 30 days dependent upon quality and performance

We are a small local business and quality is our #1 priority. We give our Crew Leader freedom to run their crew but expect him or her to adhere to strict quality guidelines. Employees are expected to show up on time daily and work hard, we work minimal weekends and evenings. If you are looking for a change give us a try, you’ll love the laid-back atmosphere and freedom.

Job Responsibilities include running a crew of 2-3 employees; mowing and trimming with stand-on and zero turn mowers; shrub trimming; mulching; all lawn maintenance; and customer service. Daily activities include coordinating routes, loading all tools, equipment and materials needed for the day, overseeing mowing and maintenance crew, and cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment used.

Must have extensive experience with zero-turn mowers and w**d eaters. Skid steer experience preferred but not required. Must be able to speak with customers and handle questions and issues. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Must have a valid drivers license.


Pay based on experience with possible raise after first 30 days dependent upon quality and performance.
