Job Title: Business Development Manager – Industrial Construction
Company: Mirage Industrial Group
Location: Texas Coastal Bend (Corpus Christi / Victoria Region)

Mirage Industrial Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Texas Coastal Bend industrial market. This role focuses on developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and identifying project opportunities within the industrial construction and energy sectors.

This is not an entry-level sales role. Candidates must have direct experience in industrial construction or industrial services and a working knowledge of the regional industrial market.

Mirage Industrial Group performs work including structural concrete, fireproofing, mechanical work, HDPE piping, and industrial construction support for refineries, chemical plants, terminals, and other large industrial facilities.

The Business Development Manager will identify upcoming projects, maintain relationships with plant personnel and EPC contractors, coordinate with estimating teams on bid opportunities, and help secure contracts for Mirage Industrial Group’s services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial facility owners, EPC contractors, and project managers
• Identify upcoming capital projects, shutdowns, and maintenance opportunities
• Work with estimating and operations teams to prepare proposals and bids
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Conduct regular client visits across the Coastal Bend industrial market

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial construction or industrial services business development
• Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, LNG, terminal, or heavy industrial markets
• Strong understanding of industrial bidding and procurement processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with plant leadership and project teams

Preferred Experience

• Structural concrete
• Industrial fireproofing
• Mechanical construction
• HDPE piping
• Civil or heavy industrial construction

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Performance-based commission opportunities
• Vehicle allowance or company vehicle

Work Region

Travel required throughout the Texas Coastal Bend including Corpus Christi, Gregory, Ingleside, Sinton, Victoria, and surrounding areas.
