Window jambs and casings! I like to pre assembled everything then install them. It helps me keep margins and everything consistent. I pre shim the openings then install. Everything stays consistent throughout…

Window jambs and casings!
I pre assembled the jam and trim then installed them separately. Normally I pre assemble them as a unit and then install them. I prefer to install them as a complete unit over this.

This deck was framed up a while back by someone else. When I got here you could tell the sun had done some work to these joist! They were wrapped, twisted, bowed and everything else! I took them all out, planned them straight and smooth! After that, they are all stray and flat!
