Our latest project for Cotting School has been spotlighted as one of New England Real Estate Journal's top projects of 2023! After successfully completing the Campus Center Addition, Erland partnered with ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge, Inc. to renovate the school’s existing academic building serving children with special needs. The scope of work focused on improving functionality, enhancing existing programs, and unlocking the full potential of Cotting’s therapy and learning spaces.
