I got this in the mail today. So sweet, absolutely made my day. I installed the opener for this lady probably last year or something and she needed her outdoor keypad reprogrammed. She wasn't in a hurry and I scheduled her while I was near her house a couple of days out. Made it easy for me and took just a couple of minutes. I don't charge an existing customer for something like that! She didn't insist on paying, I just said there was no charge. Then she sends me $10 in the mail. Sorry. The $10 is worth less than the thank you note.

I want to thank all of my customers! You are the best! I love doing what I do because of all of you. ❤️

A stunning upgrade for this home! We replaced an outdated and broken sandstone garage door with this beautiful bronze shaker style door featuring elegant glass inserts.

The addition of the glass windows allows for natural light to enter the garage, while the bronze finish and shaker design provide a sophisticated, modern look that completely transforms the home's exterior. It is amazing how much character a premium door can add.

Looking to elevate your home's style? GEM Garage Door Repair specializes in high quality installations that make a statement.

Sometimes, a repair just isn't the safest or most cost-effective option.

In this case, the damage was too extensive to simply patch up. When a door is this badly compromised, continuing to try and repair it can lead to even more expensive damage to your opener and tracks, or worse, a safety risk for your family.

Of course, this example is a little extreme, but at GEM Garage Door Repair, we pride ourselves on being honest with our customers. If a repair will only be a temporary fix, we will tell you straight up and help you transition to a reliable new door instead.
