Even with having to work around the rain we were able to finish 250ft of privacy fence replacement

These are the type of problems that occur when someone does work they shouldn’t be doing. This was a reputable fence contractor in the area about 10-15 years ago. So sad. The entire fence will need to be repaired over the next several years. The thin metal posts inside the vinyl posts are starting to rust through at the top of the concrete stem wall. This photo looks like a thick post but its bent over. This is absolutely ridiculous. We repaired several other sections last year.

We love the work but this should not be happening. The customer is going to be out a lot of money for all the repairs needed over the next few years.

We have a postponement for June. We also have about 600ft of cedar pickets left at april prices. When these pickets are sold, we will probably see another price increase.

Everything is set to increase again in the next few weeks. All of our suppliers have sent out notices of fuel surcharges starting June 1st. June 1st will probably be when the next material increase happens.
