The Frytown home is officially complete. The yard will come together this spring, but even now, the simplicity of this house really stands out.

Here is a sneak peek. More pics to come as the yard is completed.

One of my favorite details is the fireplace. No oversized built‑ins, no shiplap, no stone — just a clean, modern quartz floating hearth. This started as a change order that required custom steel brackets and some careful drywall work, and it turned out fantastic.

The truth is, changes can be made on most projects — many contractors just don’t want to take them on.

We were able to be involved in some light commercial work over this last year. Thanks to Dr. Serg with Washington Dental Care for trusting us with his expansion. We learned there is a lot that goes into a dental clinic and it was a great experience for us and everything turned out great! Dr. Serg got the much needed space and we got the experience. We came back after the project was done and added a break area in the old office to utilize that space.
