This project was about creating a refreshed and functional space that will continue to support local businesses, foster connections, and serve the Santa Fe Springs community for years to come.

This opportunity is especially meaningful as the project is located at the iconic Cherokee Building, home to the star of legendary author Ray Bradbury. To contribute to a location so deeply rooted in Hollywood’s history and cultural legacy is truly an honor.

We were honored to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the NOHO JEDI Facade Improvement Project on Lankershim Boulevard and to be recognized for our role in bringing this vision to life.

At Supreme Building Innovators, we believe construction is about more than improving buildings—it's about investing in communities, supporting local businesses, and helping create spaces where neighborhoods can thrive. Seeing these improvements completed and celebrated alongside our partners made this project especially meaningful.

🎊 A big congratulations to Daniel Sanchez for successfully completing his first semester in the apprenticeship program through Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), San Diego Chapter. 🎊

This accomplishment reflects dedication, consistency, and a strong commitment to growing within the skilled trades. The first semester is an important foundation—where classroom learning and hands-on training begin to come together—and Daniel has taken that step with focus and determination.

As a company, we also want to acknowledge that we couldn’t have done this without being members of ABC San Diego. Being part of this organization has strengthened our connection to industry training, professional development, and the future of construction in our region.

Grateful for the opportunity to tour SPESCO, a Southern California custom sign manufacturing and installation since 1975, and see firsthand the craftsmanship and innovation that drive their work.

It was a pleasure connecting alongside Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative (LANI), office42 architecture BCorp™, and Economic & Workforce Development Department - City of Los Angeles as we continue collaborating on the Lankershim Facade Improvement Project. Partnerships like these strengthen our shared mission of revitalizing commercial corridors, supporting local businesses, and creating impactful improvements that enhance our communities.

🏙️Transformation is becoming reality on Lankershim Boulevard! 🏙️

Over the past several weeks, major progress has been made across participating storefronts, with new windows and doors installed, exterior lighting now in place, and custom signage currently being fabricated and installed to complete each business’s refreshed exterior presence.

It’s exciting to see these upgrades move from concept to construction as each improvement begins to reshape the corridor in visible, meaningful ways.

This work is made possible through the collaboration of Office 42, LANI (Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative), and the Los Angeles City JEDI Zone Facade Improvement Program, all working together to support local businesses through strategic investment and revitalization.

At Supreme Building Innovators, we’re proud to help bring these improvements to life and to work alongside skilled local trade partners whose craftsmanship is helping elevate every detail.
