Another day, another drain repair.

This one had a collapsed kitchen/laundry drain under the house. Instead of jackhammering through the interior slab, we rerouted the drains to the exterior and tied everything back into the main sewer line outside.

Sometimes the best solution is finding a cleaner route that saves the homeowner from a full interior demo.

Big job, dirty work, long days; but this is the kind of work we love doing.

Small space, big impact.

This bathroom didn’t need more square footage; it needed the right layout, the right fixtures, and clean ex*****on. We reworked the space to fit a freestanding tub, updated plumbing throughout, and made every inch count without overcrowding it.

Good plumbing isn’t just what you don’t see; it’s what allows a space like this to actually function the way it should.

Ground-up ADU build; two-story with two bathrooms and a full kitchen.

We installed a new sewer main, ran a new water main to the city connection, and brought in gas from a new meter. All new waste, water, and gas lines throughout the entire building.

Finished it out with full fixture installation and a Navien NPE-240 tankless water heater with a recirculation pump for consistent hot water on demand.

Collapsed kitchen drain we took care of recently. When a line like this gives out it can shut a whole kitchen down fast, so getting in there and fixing the problem is the priority. Nothing beats the satisfaction of seeing things back up and running the way they should 👌 😎
