In this job, we’re spraying the foundation of the home first in order to create a tighter air barrier that blocks moisture and stops heat loss. The closed-cell spray foam covers the pores in the concrete, preventing air from passing through. After the first coat, we apply 3.00” of spray foam to create a solid, energy efficient barrier.

It’s better to spray the foundation now before the rest of the house is built because it's impossible to get in once the floors are installed.
