We have started to offer dump trailer service to our ever growing list of services.
Price list as follows

CLEAN OUTS 15YRD $275 3 DAY RENTAL
(dump fee included up to $75, customer pays additional fees)
NO
tires,
mattress or box spring (extra $30 per unit if notified $50 per unit if found),
appliances
or electronics

MATERIAL HAULING $75hr delivery or haul away + dump fees(min 2hrs)
Rock, dirt, mulch, old concrete, block.

I will say when I have a plan, I really put it in motion. But how quick this motion happened was a lot faster than expected. Have added MORE to our services and couldn't be happier for this new era of the business. Stressful and nerve wracking is an understatement at the moment and having my wife and family there to support this really makes a difference.
but once everything gets in motion it will all work out.
So without further ado, we have now purchased a mini skid steer and a dump trailer along with the mini excavator we have already. We will be able to haul rock, mulch, dirt, be able to spread, grade and dig Or if you are needing to do a clean out, we will be offering dumpster service. I do not have all the pricing to a T yet but please feel free to reach out and talk further on what you need done.
We can't wait to get going.

We went back to our recent bathroom remodel to hang some shelves, the new light and a picture above the soaking tub. This here just completely changed the area. Also while in the attic running new wiring for the light(and no we did not run the other wiring you see just thrown up there), we noticed the dry event was not installed properly. It had a downfall and was collecting lint and causing a blockage. Dryer vents that are not run properly or with the accordion style tubing will cause areas for buildup and blockage. Making your dryer work harder, inefficient and can lead to fires. We would be more than happy to stop by and take a look at how yours is and make sure you are running safe.

So if you saw our live video last fall of dropping our old deck, we didn't get a chance to get it back up before the cold set in. But we had a beautiful Saturday to start back on it. Can't say enough about our new machine we purchased. Made lifting a 24ft beam in place, not so back breaking. Not bad for an afternoon's worth of work for 2guys. If you are interested in replacing your deck or just need some new decking boards, give us a call.

Getting closer to being your one stop shop, the only number you will ever need. Have a couple more pieces to add but one at a time. It's not anything big, but You have to start somewhere.

Hello everyone.
I just wanted to jump on real quick and give everyone a little preventative maintenance to help with the upcoming cold weather.

People who live in a mobile home are going to be affected the worst. You are more exposed to the elements. If you are able to get your pipes wrapped with heat tape, that is the best. If not, leave your faucets running with a stream to prevent your pipes from freezing, flowing water won't freeze as fast. Placing foam board insulation around your skirting of your mobile home is also a great way to keep the underside area from wind and help keep the area warmer.

Also for both mobile homes and your built homes,
With kitchen or bathroom sinks that are located on exterior walls, leave your cabinet doors open to allow heat to travel inside to help to prevent freezing.

Also if you do have to run space heaters,
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do not plug into extension cords. Most people only have small gauged extension cords and those are not good enough for space heaters, and extension cords are never recommended. They can over heat and melt, if they get covered up they can over heat faster and catch whatever is on top or under it. If you do have to run a space heater please make sure you have a minimum of 3ft of space cleared away to prevent anything from catching fire and plug directly into an outlet.
