Day nine: rubber flooring installed. Baseboards installed. Walls primed and painted. Just need to paint the baseboards, figure out a transition between the rubber flooring and tile and install some new updated LED ceiling lights. I understand the rubber flooring is a little odd, but they don't make the existing tile, and the realtor believes that this was the best, most economical option. If the existing tile was available, we would have gone that route.

Day five: trip to the dump. Trip to Resource to donate a few items. Subfloor is in. Well, half in. Deck is cut and ready to go, as is the final floor joist, but can't put in until plumber comes on Monday. Nothing too exciting today, but you three have come this far, can't stop now!!🤣
