Tim Henton was great to work with. We had a project that we brought Tim into later that was a bit of a mess with City permitting but Tim guided us through the process with professionalism and a sense of humor and always level headed reasoning. Tim was straightforward and honest, He is extremely capable and honest in sharing strengths and weaknesses. He was 100% communicative, willing, and amenable to work with our limited budget creatively. There were no surprises from Tim, we faced surprises from the City, but not from Tim, change orders all made sense and were presented in a timely manner.
Tim was very neat on the job site and was respectful that he was working in a home we were still living in. He was understanding of our concerns and LISTENED to what we had to say.
I recommend Tim not only as a homeowner but also as a fellow tradesman.
