**HELP WANTED**

CAP Excavating, Inc. is a professional excavation company that is looking to add skilled individuals who are honest, hardworking, self starters, and that want to be a part of our great team.

CAP has been in business in Boulder County and the surrounding Counties for over 30 years. We maintain our presence here by always providing quality excavation services to commercial business and home owners. Our values are Quality, Performance, and Integrity.

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Equipment Operator/Laborer.

A valid driver's license is required and reliable transportation to and from work.

Travel may be to job sites at times.

Class A CDL is highly preferred.

Laborer Responsibilities:

Observe and maintain safety at all times
Hand digging/grading
Check grade using a rotating laser
Cleanliness of onsite workspace
Teamwork and effective communication with all personnel

Equipment Operator Responsibilities: (in addition to ALL LABORER responsibilities above)

Safe operation of all excavation equipment and motor vehicles
Knowledge and experience in the excavation and backfill of a foundation
Experience in site grading and soils classifications
Exposing/replacing service and main utilities
Plan reading/understanding
Problem solving and effective communication with onsite personnel
Willingness to be a laborer at times
Properly maintain equipment and pickups daily

Requirements: (both positions)

Ability to sit or stand for long time periods
Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
Willingness to work at various locations
Able to follow directions and take initiative
Always willing to learn and improve performance
40+ hour work weeks
