Hey everyone! I do not want a repeat of a few years ago. I do not want my guys risking their safety to repair your water leaks. I throw myself at the mercy of the court so to speak... PLEASE DRIP YOUR FAUCETS! If the temperature will drop below freezing for more than a few hours please leave your faucets dripping. "But I don't want a high water bill" you say? How much higher is the bill for repairs to walls, floors, and ceilings? We are probably not your typical shop. We would like you to save your money and pay us to upgrade your home, not repair busted water pipes. Open your cabinet doors and let the heat into your sink cabinets. Leave the faucets dripping, hot and cold. Cover your outside hose bibs. If the hardware store is out of foam covers, wrap it with some old rags and duck tape, or zip ties. If you have a tankless water heater and it is located on the outside of the house, please, please, please leave the hot water flowing, even if you will have a higher gas bill. Moving water takes longer to freeze. And while I'm on my soap box, please check on your neighbors. Our country is divided enough as it is, so let's remember that we are all human and check on the elderly lady across the street. Let's check and see if she has all her basic needs filled. Check on the single mom that may have too much on her plate to remember to cover her outside faucets
Let's just all try to be a little kinder and maybe a little more generous than we usually are. I have spent the day calling customers and trying to make sure they are taken care of, please help everyone I missed. Humanity starts with community, and community starts with us. As my elementary school principal Pat Camp used to say any time he addressed a group, "Remember, God loves you, and I love you!" I truly hope that we can all come together as a community and get through adversity together. Spread the word. Love you all. GOD bless!
