Progress update on this East Texas remodel! 🏡🔨

Framing is moving along inside, and the exterior siding work is underway as we bring this home one step closer to a full transformation. From opening up the floor plan to getting the outside ready for a fresh new look, this project is starting to take shape fast.

This Longview spec house is officially getting ready for paint!

We just dropped off 40 gallons, and the painters are about to work their magic. Paint is one of those stages where everything starts feeling real, and we’re excited to see this East Texas new construction home take on its finished look.

Now we just need the painters to remember: walls first, clothes second.

Big progress on this remodel!

The new subfloor/HVAC has been installed, and framers are coming in with brand new doors, windows, siding, and layout updates! Big things happening today and tomorrow for this project.

🏡 New Construction Update!

Things are moving right along on this new construction home! We just finished up insulation and Sheetrock, and it’s really starting to feel like a home now. It’s always exciting seeing a project go from framing and rough-ins to clean walls and finished spaces taking shape.

Another remodel update! 🔨

We’re making big progress on this one — old damaged flooring is out, framing is getting cleaned up, and new subfloor is going in. This is the part of the job nobody sees once it’s finished, but it’s one of the most important steps to make sure everything is solid, level, and built the right way.

From demo to rebuilding, we’re bringing this house back one step at a time. More updates coming soon as we move into the next stages!

Big progress happening on this new build! 🔨🏡

Rough-ins are wrapping up, HVAC is set, plumbing and electrical are in place, and this house is getting close to the next big stage.

Next up: insulation, then Sheetrock — that’s when it really starts looking like a home instead of a job site.

We’re excited to keep this one moving and can’t wait to show the transformation once the walls go up!
