The core idea is to be able to give the customer a all around experience, Jesse doing all the mowing, clean ups and pesticide applications as needed to keep the landscape looking the best on the block. Also doing maintenance with the sustainable ideas, such as; mulching the clipping as much as possible, using the highest impact fertilizer to minimize the harm to the environment. Loo

king for ways to reduce our carbon imprint such as alternative mowing methods as needed.

• Mowing edging, 21 in mainly, 36 in, or 52 in mowers if needed
• Pruning, under 15 feet
• Shearing shrubs/hedges
• Bed raking clean ups
• Lawn renovations with top dressing as needed
• Lawn fertilizing, lime
• Apply insecticide or fungicide with a IPM approach
• Pressure washing
• Sprayouts/weed bed sprays

Looking for a dependable, experienced individual (will train the right person) to be able lead a mow route, mostly work with one other person. Also work on other landscape projects, be able to work with others is a must.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work in all sorts of weather. We work year-round
40-45 hours a week.
Offer paid holidays, vacation and 401k
Note: We service both Cowlitz and Clark county.
