This is a job that we were asked to come and fix what a neithercontractor started with a small budget. We had to use some of the old flooring in the bedroomsto keep within her budget. 
A contractor took a circular saw to the middle of the living room floor. There was a lot of painting and touchup and trim work in the living room dining room and bedrooms. 
We were able to get it all ready for her to sell her home. 
We were able to get it all done within the budget and a small timeframe.  The customer was Super happy.

it needs to have underpinning around it.

This side of the house had some major Wood rot. I’ll be built the side of the house and painted it.
Now this side of the house is ready to primer and paint white.

I demoed the stairs and rebuilt them for the customer.

Demoed the overhang on this small set of stairs and rebuilt it. 
The customer wanted to save as much wood as he could.
So I replaced all of the Rottenwood and was able to save some of the original.
