Thank You, Fresh Quality Outdoor Services ❤️🌱
In 2022, I started Fresh Quality Outdoor Services with one goal to build something I could be proud of through hard work, honesty, and taking care of my customers.
Over the last four years, this business has become so much more than just mowing grass. It has introduced me to incredible customers, lifelong friendships, valuable lessons, and memories I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.
As many of you know, the last year has been one of the toughest seasons this business has ever faced. Between losing major contracts, rising operating costs, and learning firsthand how quickly circumstances can change, I’ve come to realize that even when you give everything you have, some things are simply beyond your control.
Through it all, I’ve continued to show up because that’s what I’ve always believed in. If I committed to a customer, I was going to finish the job.
But over the past year, I’ve also realized something… Sometimes life starts calling you toward a new chapter before you’re ready to admit it. After a lot of thought, prayers, and reflection, I’ve made the decision that it’s time for me to begin focusing on that next chapter.
Fresh Quality Outdoor Services is not closing.
I will continue to take care of my current customers, and I look forward to continuing to serve each of you with the same commitment you’ve come to expect.
However, I will no longer be accepting new lawn care or landscaping projects.
Before I close this chapter, there are a few people I want to thank.
First and foremost, my late friend Brandon Skinner.
Brandon believed in me when Fresh Quality Outdoor Services was just getting started. We spent countless hours mowing properties together, working through the Texas heat, and building this business from the ground up. He helped lay the foundation for what this company became, and I’ll always be grateful for the time we shared and the impact he had on my life. I miss you, buddy.
To Joshua Patterson and Heather Phelps, thank you for standing beside me during one of the busiest seasons this business ever experienced. Those long days in 2024 mowing apartment complexes weren’t easy, but your hard work, dedication, and willingness to push through made all the difference. I couldn’t have done it without yall.
To Jakebb St John, thank you for always being just a phone call away. No matter what was going on, you never hesitated to drop what you were doing to come help when I needed it most. That kind of loyalty and friendship is something I’ll never take for granted.
To every customer who trusted me with your property… THANK YOU! 🙏🏼
To everyone who referred my business, encouraged me, prayed for me, or simply shared a kind word along the way… THANK YOU! 🙏🏼
This business taught me responsibility, perseverance, leadership, customer service, and what it truly means to earn every dollar. It also taught me that sometimes growth means having the courage to step into something new.
Fresh Quality Outdoor Services will always be a part of my story. It gave me opportunities I never imagined, introduced me to amazing people, and helped shape the person and entrepreneur I am today.
This isn’t the end. It’s simply the beginning of a new chapter.
