This apartment complex repair needed an unusual first step: marbles to fill the gaps before we installed a cured-in-place pipe liner—essentially creating a new pipe inside the existing sewer.

A little unexpected? Yep.
Just randomly throwing things down a drain? Absolutely not.

A huge congratulations to our youngest son, Brennen Pither, for officially passing his Journeyman Plumbing exam and becoming a Journeyman Plumber!

Watching Brennen work hard, learn the trade, and stay committed to reaching this goal has made us incredibly proud. There really aren’t enough words to explain how happy we are for him and how proud we are of the man and plumber he has become.

This is a major accomplishment and another big step forward in his career. Brennen, you earned this through your hard work and dedication, and we couldn’t be happier for you.

Some signs are about advertising. This one wasn’t.

This past Friday and Saturday, Pither Plumbing was honored to support Finn’s Friends during an incredible weekend of awareness, community, and hope, beginning with Friday night’s formal dinner and continuing Saturday at the golf tournament at Tempest Golf Club.

Our name may have been on a Silver Sponsor sign, but this weekend was never about promoting our company.

It was about Finn. It was about the families. And it was about raising awareness and support for those affected by Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Duchenne is a progressive genetic disease that causes muscle weakness over time and can eventually affect the heart and respiratory muscles. Behind that diagnosis are children, parents, siblings, caregivers, and families facing challenges most of us will never fully understand.

That’s what makes the work of Finn’s Friends so important. They are helping turn compassion into real support for families affected by Duchenne, while bringing more awareness to a disease that deserves far more attention.

We’re grateful to everyone who organized, volunteered, donated, sponsored, played, attended, and helped make this weekend possible.

Most of all, we’re thankful for the opportunity to stand beside Finn, his family, and every family fighting Duchenne.

When a sewer line fails at a commercial property, it’s not just a plumbing problem, it can become a business problem fast.

This property had multiple tenants, employees, and daily operations depending on that sewer line. The traditional option would have meant busting through the floor, creating a major mess, displacing employees, disrupting tenants, and potentially shutting businesses down.

A whole lot of horsepower. Even more pride in the hands that built it. 💪

Meet jetter #5 in the Pither Plumbing fleet!

We started with a purchased jetter skid, an 18-foot trailer, and a 350-gallon tank left over from another project. Then Clay and Johnnie went to work, handling all the fabrication in-house and turning those pieces into the finished rig you see here.

Their craftsmanship, ingenuity, and ability to turn an idea into something this impressive deserve recognition. We’ve got some seriously talented people on this team, and we couldn’t be prouder.

This unit delivers 4,400 PSI at 20 gallons per minute, with remote controls to:
▪️ Start and stop the engine
▪️ Unwind and rewind the hose reel
▪️ Activate the pressure pump

That puts control right where our crew is working and gives us another powerful tool to tackle tough sewer blockages, clear buildup, and keep our customers’ lines flowing. Adding a fifth jetter also means more capacity to get equipment where it’s needed.

Big thanks to Digital Effects for coming down from Texarkana and wrapping the unit right here at our shop. They gave our guys’ hard work a sharp finishing touch!

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the courage of those who answered the call, and the families who carry that loss every day.

May God comfort those who grieve, bring peace to their hearts, and help us honor those we lost through the love we show one another.

We will never forget.
