This maneuver is motivated by two things. My rule no. 1 (show up clean) and also because I don’t want mud in my dump trailer. I might have a little OCD about the mud lol

Im laughing at how my daughter’s singing kinda goes with this music! 😂 First rule and Texas Land and Terrain is: “always show up clean!” I get these things professionally cleaned once per month and have several mini sessions between deep cleans. I’ve been complimented on this dozens of times now. I like the reputation I’m building! Clean machines, clean work!

I hate it when the pump shuts off before my tank is full. Pro tip if you walk in and pre pay it doesn’t do this! But you gotta walk all the way inside and wait in line. Ughhh

About 9 minutes of footage running the land pride root rake/grapple compressed in to 120 seconds. I was removing junk from where a house pad was going!

Catching things up and tightening loose ends, today! Tour my tools with me. This setup is very stout. Having a good idea range of things you can offer your clients is a major selling point. CMP Attachments 🇺🇸 Jenkins Iron & Steel Express Steel Eterra Attachments Kubota Tractor Corporation

Eterra Attachments makes the best track loader high flow stump grinder attachment. Hands down. Grind up to 21” deep! Is a Kubota the best stump grinder? No. But how many stump grinders can fix your driveway or rip 30” trees from the ground?

Prolly do it in other states too. But cmon, this is Texas Land and Terrain! Texas Pride Trailers CMP Attachments 🇺🇸

Definitely a first for me! I aim to please, though.

You can see what’s going on! You can touch the bottom of the trailer over the walls, too! A 4’ trailer holds more, yes. But often times these log loads hit weight before you’re “full.” Im@happy with this setup. It’s a jack of all trades master of none. But a jack of all trades can beat a master of one!

Client said, “we don’t have a lot of faith… but do you think you can move this??” I got excited! It went well! I cleared about 5,000 square feet of trees for a new pole barn for their horses. Once I got it cleared, they decided it would flow better if the smaller building went down the hill! They were ecstatic and so was I! Happy customers are my goal. I like these unique jobs.
