We are glad to be moving along on our new climate-controlled storage facility in Marshall, TX that will span across 3 acres and 55,000+ square footage of units. There will be a total of 299 units, starting at 5x5 to 10x30.
We will be located at the front of our new subdivision Baker Estates off of 80, we are looking forward to getting this project finished and bring some much-needed climate controlled units to Marshall, TX!

Solar powered shingles, what?? Yeah you’re seeing that right, this is one of the coolest things that we saw at the NAHB IBS 2022 show this week. I had the chance to learn a lot about them and they will be available in Texas mid-September and we can’t wait to try them out!
