Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Spent the day trying to get one of our rental spaces ready to rent with my dad today.

Somewhere along the way, someone taught each of us how to work.

For Lori and me, it started at home. We both grew up watching our parents work hard, take care of their families, and do what needed to be done.

Lori still remembers her dad saying, “Don’t half-ass it.” It stuck with us enough that today, it’s one of our core values at Northland.

So spending Labor Day working alongside my dad seems pretty fitting.

Here’s to the people who taught us the value of hard work, taking pride in what we do, and doing things right.
