CMS - Criticom Monitoring Services CMS is the largest wholesale monitoring company in the U.S. We're new to Facebook, so stop by and say “Big” doesn’t make us impersonal, it makes us better.

Monitoring services are the heart and soul of the security business so our size equates to a higher comfort level with added redundancy and resources. Our highly trained staff provides your customers with fewer errors for greater peace of mind and enhanced safety. CMS has three monitoring centers located across the country. Each center is UL listed and backed up by two generators and uninterruptible power supplies. Our monitoring centers are connected. This allows us to load balance by redistributing operator resources during spikes in alarm activity. We use only the most sophisticated security monitoring technology to deliver dependable service. We partner with leading technology innovators such as AT&T®, Avaya®, UTC, Honeywell® and Verizon®

Our Fall Fest was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of team spirit! From bobbing for apples to putting our skills to the test in a hay bale throwing contest, it was a great time celebrating the incredible people who go above and beyond for our customers every day.

Customer Service Week was in full gear at CMS with this year’s theme, “Going the Extra Mile.” The Florida Monitoring Center was transformed into a garage. After all, you wouldn’t set out on a long journey without making sure your vehicle was in top shape. Just like a vehicle, a great team needs the right care, preparation, and commitment to keep performing at its best.
